Acne Free in 3 Days - Does it Really Work?

Here we talk about the ebook, "Acne Free In 3 Days". We’re wondering if it really does work. The method is quite bizzare but the review just get better and better.

Well there’s an ebook going around the Internet entitled "Acne free in 3 days". At first though, I thought this has to be total bull. But then I started to see good reviews for this ebook, even thought the bad reviews outweighed those good reviews, I decided to buy the product and try it out for my self. I have suffered from acne for a number of years, and I tried most treatments available today. Some worked well, but some actually made my acne worse. So this led me to the Internet to look for information, and I stumbled upon the "acne free in 3 days" ebook.

And I must say, as a severe acne sufferer I was very impressed by this ebook, the simplicity is amazing. All that it requires is that you eat 10 and more apple per day, and also only drink water for exactly 3 days. So I thought why not, I’ve tried everything else, so I may as well give this a go, right. So I began the process of eating 10 and more apples and drinking water for 3 days, and I was really surprised by the results on day 4! No other acne treatment that I have tried has worked this well. The severe acne that I once had, are just a couple of mere pimples around my face. I was impressed.

But theres always a downside…

For these 3 days, I barely had the energy to walk to the bathroom to go to toilet!

You have to go through this process once every month, do I have 3 days of every month to eat apples, drink water, and walk around like a zombie? I lost weight during those 3 days, if I do this every month, it could be dangerous. So if you feel an acne free face outweigh the negatives above, why not give it a try today! And find out more at StopTheAcne.com.

Stop The Acne - Provides free information on how to get rid of acne. Including a free 24 page ebook on acne cures and acne treatments.

How to Cure Acne Naturally

Acne is the most common skin disease that can be inflammatory or non-inflammatory. It can be treated naturally by using certain home remedies. Let’s discuss about some of the effective natural remedies for treatment of acne.

How to Cure Acne Naturally while pregnant Acne is a skin disease that is characterized by clogged hair follicles. This disorder of the hair follicles is associated with sebaceous glands. Scientifically, it is referred to as acne vulgaris. Usually, acne appears in the face; however it can be developed in arms, chest, back and other parts of the body.

Acne is commonly developed at puberty. Around 85% of the world’s population develops acne between 12 to 25 years of age. The exact cause of acne is not known. It can be caused due to imbalance in the body’s hormones, skin proteins, skin secretions or due to infection by bacteria. Other factors that affect acne are environment, heredity, age, gender, diet, medications, stress and allergies.

Acne can be non-inflammatory or inflammatory. Non-inflammatory is a mild type in which whiteheads and blackheads are developed due to plugging of the skin pores. In inflammatory acne, bacterial infection of the whiteheads takes place resulting into pimples and pustules. In severe cases, inflammatory type causes deep pitting scars and cystic acne. Acne scars are resulted due to excessive formation or loss of skin tissue. Removal of acne scar is done either naturally or by following specific dermatological procedures such as microdermabrasion and laser therapy.

Diagnosis of acne is done based on the symptoms, medical history, physical examination and other tests. Blood test and test for allergies are conducted depending upon the overall health condition of the patient.

How to cure acne naturally?

Acne treatment is done either by following natural remedies or medications. In fact, acne control can be achieved effectively if diagnosed in its early stages. In general, mild acne is treated naturally with certain home remedies, whereas in severe cases, treatment is done by following medications such as antibiotics, hormonal medications, retinoids and other oral medications. Let’s discuss some of the natural remedies for acne that can help in curing acne without side effects.

  • Studies have found out that consuming foods with low GI helps in reducing acne to about 50%. Low GI diets include green leafy vegetables, whole-grains, fruits, carrot and foods with high fiber content.
  • Grind tender neem (Azadirachta indica) leaves and mix it with turmeric (you can use turmeric root paste). Apply this mixture on the affected areas. This remedy has been proven for effective treatment of acne in many people.
  • One of the most popular and simple home remedies of acne is applying toothpaste on the affected areas before going to bed and washing it the next morning. Following this for about 15 days will cure acne without leaving scars.
  • Aloe vera is commonly used for acne and skin care. Apply aloe vera gel on pimples and acne for successful treatment of acne. You can cut an aloe vera leaf lengthwise and remove the pulp from the center avoiding the yellow juice near the leaf surface.
  • Take 3 tablespoons of honey and 1 spoon of cinnamon powder, mix them thoroughly and prepare a paste. Apply this paste on the acne-affected areas everyday before going to bed and wash in the morning, preferably with warm water. One can follow this for two weeks for effective treatment of acne. You can prepare this paste and keep in the refrigerator for further use.
  • Another effective way of curing acne is applying a mixture of lemon juice and cinnamon powder in equal amounts. One can also use groundnut oil instead of cinnamon powder and apply it on the affected areas. Applying these mixtures regularly can cure acne. It is to be noted that these remedies are not for sensitive skin.
  • Other common home remedies for curing acne are applying orange peel paste, lavender oil, lemon juice, mixture of lemon juice and rose water, mixture of mint juice and turmeric, garlic paste, ripe tomato pulp, grated potato and strawberry leaf paste.
  • If somebody is worried about acne scars, then it can be treated by applying a mixture of cucumber and tomato juice. In addition, both cucumber and tomato help in tightening of the skin pores.

It is advisable to wash face with a neem-based soap twice a day and use warm water, if possible. One should remove cosmetics (if applied) at the end of the day and wash off the makeup as cosmetics containing oil base are harmful to skin. Don’t squeeze acne as it can worsen the situation; there are chances that while squeezing, bacteria and oil go deep into the skin, increasing the risk for cyst development.

Effectiveness of the remedies listed above depends upon the skin type and the severity of acne. There are certain acne skin care products available in the market. Drinking plenty of water, about 8 glasses daily can help in curing acne. One should always consult and seek advice from a dermatologist for proper guidance and prevention of acne.

causes of acne breakouts during pregnancy

What Are The Causes of Acne Breakouts?

There are many contributing causes of acne breakout.  Acne results from unhealthy toxins built up in the body over time.  Some of the most common causes of acne include diet, stress, hormones, environment, bacteria, medicine, makeup, etc.  It’s initiated by blocked hair follicles, the thought being that the follicles become blocked after abnormal flaking of the cells.  The blocked follicle gets larger and ruptures, which causes oil to leak into the skin.  This causes swelling and inflammation.

There are antibiotics for acne treatment, but the most effective acne treatment you can do is by being conscientious about the following causes. Most associate acne with puberty and adolescense; however, these are also big causes of adult acne, and there’s even baby acne treatment available.

Most Common Causes of Acne Breakouts:

Hormones:  We all know that puberty is a big contributor to acne (duh!).  That’s because "sex hormones" (androgens) peak during puberty, which is why so many acne sufferers are adolescents and teens.  Hormones are also a cause of flare-ups during menstruation, and is why there’s a relation between pregnancy and acne.

Diet:  Although it’s a cliche, you really are what you eat, and your diet is very important  in how you feel.  If your diet includes a lot of sugars and carbohydrates, it will aggravate the acne.  We know how chocolate and acne are related!  People put way too much unhealthy food and drink in their bodies that have little to no nutritional value.  And, although your body can process a certain amount of toxins, this overloads the digestive process, and causes the toxins to be dispursed throughout your body.

A healthy body is obviously much more immune to infections, bacteria, and viruses. That’s why some people are more prone to illness than others. It’s also known to be one of the root causes for cancer, which only required a change in diet to eliminate the cancer (noted cases).  It’s also the root cause of acne breakout.

This is based on your body’s pH balance.  Your body relies on a delicatebalance of acid and alkali.  The pH (potential of Hydrogen) of any substance is measured by a range of 0 to 14; 0 is the most acidic, 14 the most alkaline, and 7 neutral, which is where you want to be.  We all hear about how good water is for us.  This is because the human body is about 75% water, and water is neutral with a pH of exactly 7.  So, our body needs to be as neutral as possible.

Everything we put into our body has a pH level.  As we all know, the majority of food today is way too acidic; from processed foods you buy in the stores to the "to go" and fried foods available everywhere.  All of these have an acidic effect on the body, and cause excess toxins to build up.

most effective acne treatment during pregnancyStress:  Stress is a big contributor to production of the hormone cortisol, which aggravates acne. When you’re stressed, your body queues the skin’s oil glands to enlarge, which secretes more oil, resulting in blackheads, white heads and pimples.

Your Environment:  The environment you live in has a big impact on your skin and overall health. Pollution and humidity are not good for your skin, and high humidity actually causes your skin to "swell".

Your Family Genes:  Acne’s inherited, and severe cases known as cystic acne usually come from heredity.

Oily or heavy Make up:  Oily makeup obviously makes your skin oily, which makes the problem worse if your skin is already oily.  And, heavy makeup will clog your pores.

Abrasive cleansers:  If you use strong exfoliators to cleanse, they can damage skin and spread infections.

Vitamins / Medicines / Steroids:  Vitamin A for acne is helpful.  But, although vitamins are good for your body, anything in excess, including vitamins, can have bad effects.  One example is excess of a vitamin for acne, such as B1, B6, and B12.  It can lead to acne flare-ups, so you should also avoid over-use of these, as anything.  They always say "Moderation", and it’s true.

Squeezing or Picking Your Whiteheads Pimples and Blackheads:  Doing this can obviously cause scarring, and actually sends the infection deeper under your skin. One of the best solutions for acne scars is not to do this!

If you really want to get at the root cause of acne breakout and make it your last acne solution, be conscientious about your diet, don’t use heavy or oily makeup, don’t over-use vitamins, medicine, etc., be aware of your environment, and try to keep your stress level low, which not only helps reduce acne, but your overall health.
