Acne is a skin disease caused by blockage of skin follicle ducts. This blockage traps the sebum produced resulting in the inflammation of the skin. A bacterium P. Acnes found naturally in the skin infects the inflammation causing acne. There are various acne treatments available depending upon the type of acne.
It use to be that if you wanted to get rid of acne you had to go to your local store and buy what ever "over the counter" acne treatments they were selling. Because of this, you probably are very frustrated because those products don’t seem to work for you. The reason for this is simple. All the "over the counter" treatments are a very basic acne treatment. Since the acne treatments are very basic, they will not work for most people.
Early Morning:
A large glass of fresh fruit juice (squeeze it yourself), or preferably plain iced water.
Middle of The Day:
A meal of any fruit that is in season e.g. Apples, Melons, Berries. Do not mix the fruits at one meal.
Evening:
Fresh, home-made salads with simple dressing made with Lemon juice, olive oil and uniodized salt
Habitual Fruiting
The regular fruiting can successfully reduce the symptoms of acne. You should eat fresh fruits such as apple, apricot, blueberry, cherries, pear, pomegranate, papaya, strawberry, and watermelon, etc.
Drink Plenty of Water
Water is a great treatment against acne. You should drink at least 8-12 glasses of water daily. The ultimate reason is that water eliminates the toxins in your body.
Keep Good Hygiene and Wash your affected areas a couple times per day
If you have large pimples in uncomfortable or very obvious spots and you can not wait for them to go away on their own, then pop them in a safe manner to reduce the risk of scarring and spreading bacteria. First hold a warm wet rag on the pimple for a minute or two to soften the skin. Holding a tissue around the pimple, lightly squeeze until all of the puss and fluid comes out. It is important to get it into the tissue so you do not end up with pimples all over that area of skin. Immediately wash with a mild soap and keep it as clean as possible.
Drink as much water as possible and stay away from caffeinated and sugary drinks and foods. Water is the best way to keep your body clear of toxins which can negatively affect your skin.
Eat plenty of carbohydrates and protein while acne disorder. The most beneficial nutrition are: whey, fish, chicken, beef, mutton, butter, seeds, beans, cottage cheese, honey, milk, eggs, fruits, and vegetables, etc. Never forget remaining to be simple on these food patterns. The reason is that any exaggerated kind of intake of such vitamins and minerals could cause acne.
Eat plenty of salads such as, onion, cucumber, carrot, green leafs, tomatoes, and a bit garlic, etc. while acne disease.
